I create my work by combining fine art media and design techniques with a personal message. 

I am inspired by my memories.

Memories are unique to each individual and often unreliable. Memories change our memories according to our desires, repressions, confusion, or forgetfulness. Memory can be fleeting or long-lasting. An event that one person will never forget is lost within seconds for another. 

I choose everyday objects from my memories and elevate their status by using them in my works. I interpret them by reliving my childhood memories and reinterpret them by evaluating them through my adult perspective.

We live in the, “now,” but of equal importance, we enjoy looking back and reliving our memories, whether they are accurate or not.
